  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

  • Main urban areas: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 working days

  • Please note that delivery time may be affected by load shedding, courier delays, or remote locations.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: Flat rate of R65 nationwide

  • Free shipping on orders over R799

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. A signature may be required upon delivery.
