Tech4Tails is not liable for delays due to courier issues, incorrect addresses, or public holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn’t work for your dog:

We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund once the item is received.

Returned items must be in resaleable condition and include the original packaging.
