- If your product doesn’t deliver the desired results, or your dog simply doesn’t respond well:
- You can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.
- We’ll cover the cost of the return courier — no hassle, no stress.
- Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a full refund of the product cost to your original payment method.
🛍️ Note: If your order included a free gift and the gift has been used or not returned in resalable condition, your refund will be reduced by the retail value of that gift.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@tech4tail.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you on how to return the item.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once we’ve received your return.
📌 Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in resalable condition, with original packaging.
- Please do not send returns without first contacting our team — unapproved returns may not be accepted.
- If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
❗ Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, used poop bags and visibly damaged items due to misuse may not qualify for return or refund.
